Somebody exports yesterday's figures, deletes the rows that do not belong, checks them against the accounts package and emails the total round. Half an hour when nothing is odd. It gets skipped in a busy week, and that is usually the week it mattered.

If your systems already email you the report you need, use that and keep your £75. Same if your figures live in one place and the export is fine, or if the report would only change what you do once a year. This is worth paying for when somebody rebuilds the same thing by hand every week, or when nobody builds it and decisions get made on a feeling.
The ONS found that UK firms using AI average 1.6 AI technologies, and only about one in ten call their use extensive. Most businesses do not need more tools. They need one or two that run without them.
